  1. Overview:
  2.    This window shows all unpaid bills that have been selected for
  3.       payment.  From this window you have the option to not pay or
  4.       change any selected bill by selecting it in the list box. 
  5.     
  6. Fields:
  7.    Amount selected - Current total of all the bills selected for
  8.       payment.
  9.    
  10.    Selected bills - Each line shows the date due, amount, company and
  11.       description of the selected bill. 
  12.  
  13. Buttons:
  14.    Do not pay - This button will cause the selected bill to be
  15.       removed from the list box and not considered for payment. 
  16.       You must first select the bill you do not want to pay by 
  17.       clicking on it in the list box.
  18.  
  19.       Once a bill has selected as "Do not pay", it can not be 
  20.       re-selected without canceling the entire "Pay Bills" function.  
  21.  
  22.    OK - This button will return to the "Pay Bills" window, keeping 
  23.       all the bills selected so far.  This window will allow you 
  24.       to either select more bills for payment, or pay everything
  25.       currently selected.
  26.      
  27.    Cancel - This button cancels all selected bills, and returns 
  28.       to the "Pay Bills" window.  Use this option if you do not want 
  29.       to pay any of the selected bills. 
  30.  
  31.       Note that this option will only cancel the bills selected
  32.       this time.  If you are doing cumulative selections, the
  33.       previously selected bills will remain.  
  34.  
  35. Menu Bar:
  36.    File:
  37.       Exit - Leave this program.  This option is disabled.  You must
  38.          cancel all selected bills before leaving this program.
  39.  
  40.       Print - Print the current window.
  41.  
  42.    Edit:
  43.       Change Bill - Opens another window showing all the selected
  44.          bill fields, allowing them to be changed or the entire
  45.          bill deleted.  Use this option if you want to change the
  46.          amount or due date of the bill.  Note that you must first
  47.          select the bill you want to change by clicking on it in the
  48.          list box.

  50.          Shortcut - Double click on the desired bill.
  51.  
  52.    Windows:
  53.       Bank Accounts - Opens another window for bank account
  54.          information.  This option is disabled, to change 
  55.          bank accounts, return to the "Pay Bills" window.
  56.  
  57.       Catagories - Opens another window for catagory information.
  58.          This option is disabled, you must either cancel or complete
  59.          the "Pay Bills" function. 
  60.  
  61.       Check Register - Opens another window to select and display 
  62.          the check register for the current bank.  This option is 
  63.          disabled, you must either cancel or complete the "Pay Bills"
  64.          function.
  65.         
  66.       Company Information - Opens another window for company
  67.          information.  This option is disabled, you must either 
  68.          cancel or complete the "Pay Bills" function.
  69.         
  70.       Enter Bills - Opens another window to enter bills.  This
  71.          option is disabled, you must either cancel or complete
  72.          the "Pay Bills" function.
  73.  
  74.       Pay Bills - This option is disabled, to return to the 
  75.          "Pay Bills" window, use "Ok" or "Cancel".

  81.       Error Messages - Shows all fatal error messages and their
  82.          corrective actions.
